• Voice and Text Inputs: When you use the Quick Capture feature, we collect the voice memos and text streams you submit so our AI can extract tasks and deadlines.

• Usage Data: We automatically collect basic information about how you interact with the app (e.g., device type, crash logs, and feature usage) to improve performance.

We use your data strictly to make the app work for you. Specifically, we use it to:

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Sortia scheduling engine.

• Process your voice and text inputs into actionable calendar blocks.

• Sync your schedule across multiple platforms in real-time.

We do not sell your personal information or calendar data to data brokers or advertising networks. We only share your data in the following limited circumstances:

• Retention: We keep your account data and calendar sync history only as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data and stored voice logs are permanently wiped from our servers within 30 days.

• Right to Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly through the app settings.
